MyFina is a personal-finance management application. It helps you record transactions, track budgets, and analyse your spending. The Service is provided “as is” and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
MyFina is not a bank, broker, payment institution, or licensed financial-services provider. We do not hold your money. Bank balances shown in the app are read-only mirrors of data you entered or that licensed providers (Stripe, Monobank, GoCardless) supplied at your request.
To use MyFina you must register an account using a valid email address or sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
MyFina offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” tier. The free tier is suitable for personal use without bank-sync, AI quotas, or family sharing for 3+ users.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices and feature lists are shown on the upgrade screen at the moment of purchase. You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Premium → Manage subscription); access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice for existing subscribers; if you do not accept, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another user’s data; (b) reverse-engineer or attack the Service; (c) use it to launder money, finance illegal activity, or evade tax law; (d) upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, after notice where reasonable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that bank-sync data, exchange rates, or analytics are complete, accurate, or up to date. Always verify with your bank before making financial decisions based on what MyFina shows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under EU consumer law or applicable mandatory rules.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate the Service or your account with reasonable notice if we discontinue MyFina or if you materially breach these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s jurisdiction (specified at the time of public launch). Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of EU/EEA residents in their country of residence.
For questions about these terms, use the in-app Support form (Settings → Help) or write to the email listed on the home page footer.
